Mobility levels and duration

The Erasmus+ mobility scheme foresees mobilities at the following levels:

Bachelor – for students currently enrolled in a Bachelor study programme and who will also be enrolled in a Bachelor programme at the time when the mobility is performed. The Erasmus+ bachelor mobility may be performed at the latest during the last semester of your bachelor studies.
Bachelor students must be enrolled at least in the second year of their higher education studies when the Erasmus+ mobility is performed. The Erasmus+ study mobility may not be performed during the first year of Bachelor studies.

Master – for students currently enrolled in a Master’s study programme and who will also be enrolled in a Master’s programme at the time when the mobility is performed. The Erasmus+ master mobility may be performed at the latest during the last semester of your master studies.
The duration of the Bachelor and Master mobility will be of one semester (according to the exact dates of the semester in each host university).

Doctorate – for students currently enrolled in a Doctoral study programme and who will also be enrolled in a doctoral programme at the time when the mobility is performed. The Erasmus+ doctoral mobility may be performed at the latest during the last semester of your doctoral studies.
The duration of the Doctoral mobility will be of 3 to 5 months, depending on the agreement among the grantee, the home and the host university coordinators.

Academic staff – mobility for university academic staff (a teaching activity has to comprise a minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week (5 teaching days)).

Administrative staff – mobility for university administrative staff
The duration of the staff mobility will be of 5 working days (excluding travel to/ from the host university).
